This position sits within the marketing team of a fast-growing home services platform operating across the UAE and KSA. The company needs a Junior Art Director who can keep up with a high volume of creative work while maintaining strong visual standards. The role is intended for someone who can move quickly, produce consistently polished assets, and gradually grow into a designer whose creative judgement helps shape the brand.

You will report to the Creative Marketing Manager and work as an individual contributor in a compact, high-performing team that delivers work every day. Speed matters here, but not at the cost of craft; the expectation is to treat both as equally important.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop a large number of visual assets for marketing campaigns, CRM, social channels, performance advertising, in-app placements, and brand communications, while keeping output timely, accurate, and aligned with quality standards.
  • Take a brief from early concept through final delivery by researching references, testing directions, building designs, adapting them for different formats, and preparing production-ready files.
  • Work AI tools into your day-to-day process for research, ideation, image generation, and production support, using them to increase speed and expand possibilities without replacing design judgement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal stakeholders to understand objectives, ask clear follow-up questions, and turn the brief into effective visual solutions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, with accuracy, quality, and punctual delivery treated as essential requirements.
  • Participate actively in feedback cycles, learn quickly, and step in wherever design support is needed across the team.
