Role Purpose

The role focuses on bridging strategic objectives with routine operational activities by developing efficient automation tools. These tools improve information flow, note-taking, task assignments, and decision tracking to reduce reliance on memory and enhance management processes.

Key Duties

• Design and maintain automated workflows integrating platforms such as Slack, email, and project management software.
• Develop and adjust straightforward prompts for large language models to generate concise, actionable meeting summaries.
• Perform testing and debugging on automation scripts ensuring accurate data transmission across client systems.
• Create user-friendly documentation to explain automation functionality to clients.
• Collaborate with consulting advisors to identify and automate repetitive manual tasks.
• Assist in data cleaning and organization to optimize AI output quality.
• Engage in virtual team meetings to report progress and brainstorm client support strategies.
• Ensure automated deliverables align with management teams' practical needs.
