Job Summary

We seek a dedicated Japanese Language Teacher to educate employees on Japanese language skills and proficiency. The role requires strong knowledge of Japanese grammar, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in delivering engaging training to learners at varying skill levels.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct Japanese language training sessions for staff members.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and training schedules.
• Deliver lessons with clear objectives focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and conversational abilities.
• Evaluate learners' progress through tests, assignments, and periodic assessments.
• Offer constructive feedback and individualized support to learners.
• Maintain attendance and training documentation.
• Assist employees in preparing for JLPT examinations.
• Create a dynamic and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Candidate Preferences and Requirements

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Experience ranging from 0 to 3 years in teaching Japanese language.
• Minimum educational qualification: Any graduate.
• JLPT certification at N3 level or above; N2 or N1 certification considered advantageous.
• Excellent command over Japanese grammar and communication skills.
• Strong presentation and instructional capabilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary between ₹300,000 and ₹375,000, dependent upon experience and skills.
• Five-day work week: Monday through Friday.
