Role Overview
This position supports the daily upkeep of a busy travel center, helping create a clean, welcoming environment for guests and coworkers. The job suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced setting where each day can look different.
Pay begins at $15.55 and can go up to $19.65 per hour.
The company also notes that team members may have opportunities to learn and move into other roles across travel centers and restaurants, even if they are initially hired for this specific position.
What You Will Do
- Keep the store clean and presentable throughout the day.
- Clean showers and restroom areas.
- Wash, load, and unload towels used for showers.
- Handle basic repair and maintenance tasks inside the store.
- Collect trash from around the travel center and dispose of it properly.
- Support a positive guest experience by helping maintain well-kept facilities.
What We Are Looking For
- Self-driven people who can stay motivated without constant supervision.
- Someone who works well with others as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet or walking for most of the workday.
- Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic familiarity with industrial equipment and the ability to correct minor issues is a plus.
