Job Overview
As a Janitorial Associate at Walmart Supercenter #2534 in Dothan, AL, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a positive experience through maintaining cleanliness and safety. Your responsibilities span the entire store environment, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment customers arrive until they leave.
Compensation Details
- The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27 depending on location and role.
- The actual pay rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage set for the job location.
- Additional pay incentives are available through annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded under certain conditions such as specific schedules, work performed, seasons, or locations, and multiple premiums can apply simultaneously.

- This is a full-time position.
- Shifts available include Opening and Morning shifts.
