Role Overview
This opening is for an IT Support Executive based in Sector 31, Faridabad. The position offers a fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 and is open to candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience, including freshers.
Eligibility
Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day support for basic hardware and software concerns.
- Identify and resolve problems related to systems, networks, and printers.
- Set up and configure computers, operating systems, and applications as needed.
- Monitor system health, support smooth performance, and handle user support requests.
- Liaise with external vendors whenever coordination is necessary.
Required Skills
- Fundamental understanding of computers, networking, and troubleshooting methods.
- Working familiarity with Windows operating systems and MS Office tools.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
Compensation
The salary for this role is fixed at ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
