About the Role

This role ensures the seamless operation of all technological systems within the hotel, providing both technical support and leadership to maintain Hilton's commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service by promptly resolving technology equipment and connectivity issues, ensuring smooth functionality in line with Hilton Technology Network standards.
• Manage and maintain the inventory of all technology equipment, including hardware, software, and related assets.
• Conduct installations, setups, and dismantling of audiovisual, communication, networking, and IT devices across guest rooms, meeting areas, and employee spaces.
• Provide end-users with technical assistance and training to address hardware and software challenges.
• Administer guest equipment and service billing, manage internal and external queries, and approve billing adjustments to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Document all maintenance, repairs, and service activities for technology equipment and identify issues needing further attention.
