About the Role

We are seeking an IT Solution Designer or Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in our organization's digital transformation. This position involves working across multiple IT layers to ensure the sustainable and secure introduction of new solutions, IT assets, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect digital services ensuring compliance with company policies and seamless integration within the Deloitte environment, addressing elements such as hosting, networking, user access, data retention, and sustainable operations.
  • Evaluate design patterns, vendors, and products to verify their effectiveness in meeting both functional and quality requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
  • Develop effort estimates and implementation plans during projects, coordinating tightly with project managers.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or completed vocational training coupled with several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, application management, databases, cloud technologies, networking, security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), monitoring, or similar domains, with an ability to quickly grasp new technologies and concepts.
  • Proven experience in structuring, presenting, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Strong ownership and excellent skills in prioritization, work organization, and task management.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is considered a valuable additional skill.
