Role Overview

As an IT Administrator at SECOSYS-IT GmbH, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the entire IT infrastructure. Your daily activities will include administering servers and client devices, managing user accounts, and monitoring system and network resources. You will provide technical support to both internal users and clients, analyze disruptions, conduct troubleshooting diagnostics, and resolve issues effectively. Additionally, you will install and update hardware and software components and contribute to IT security and backup strategy development. This role is full-time and based onsite in Erfurt.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in system administration including management of IT infrastructures covering servers, clients, and operating systems.
• Experience with network administration involving configuration and monitoring of network hardware.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical support capabilities focused on identifying and resolving IT disruptions.
• Proficiency with common IT systems, foundational knowledge of IT security principles, backup and recovery techniques.
• Completed vocational training or degree in IT-related discipline.
• Detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, team player, and motivated to pursue ongoing learning.
