International Voice Process Agent

Job Overview

GlobalTeam Consulting Services LLP is looking for an International Sales Executive to join their team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role involves managing an international voice sales process for a Canadian telecom client, promoting telecom products and services, and handling the full sales cycle from outbound calling through to closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop a customer database.
• Conduct outbound and cold calls with international clients.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate telecom products or services.
• Manage sales calls from initial pitch to deal closure.
• Negotiate pricing and offers with customers effectively.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Accurately maintain and update customer data records.

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior experience (at least 6 months preferred) in international sales, especially with international calling.
• Fluency in English communication is essential.
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to convincingly close sales.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Work Terms and Conditions

• Job location: Amrapali Lakeview Tower, Sargam Marg, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad.
• Shift timing: Night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM with a 1-hour break.
• Work schedule: 5 days per week.
• No overtime hours.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹45,000, comprising a fixed component of ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 plus incentives up to ₹10,000.
