Role Overview
The position seeks an International Telesales Executive responsible for managing international sales inquiries, primarily sourced from IndiaMART. This role involves interaction with overseas clients through emails and telephone calls along with preparation and follow-up of quotations.
Key Duties
- Respond to international sales inquiries received.
- Engage and communicate with global customers via phone and email.
- Prepare sales quotations and carry out follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee prompt support for clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Basic knowledge of computers, including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is preferred.
Compensation
The salary offered ranges from 13000 to 18000 INR per month.
