Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and professional individual to join our team as an International Project Manager. This role encompasses expanding our international project business by blending active sales with strategic leadership outside Germany. Responsibilities involve frequent international travel, liaising with sales partners, and cooperating closely with internal departments to ensure successful acquisition and execution of projects. While internationally mobile, you will also be regularly present at our company headquarters.

Key Duties

• Strategically develop and grow the international project segment.
• Oversee project acquisition and management, including offers, pricing, and contract arrangements.
• Direct order distribution and project processing.
• Lead and nurture both internal and external sales teams focused on international projects.
• Identify and unlock international market potential in collaboration with country managers.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with global project customers and participate in key client meetings.
• Standardize and enhance international project and quoting procedures.
• Coordinate closely with international sales units and national project divisions.

Candidate Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in international sales or project business, preferably within technical sectors.
• Proven leadership skillset with strong communication and management capabilities.
• Experience handling complex sales and project structures.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with practical implementation strength.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 8 to 12 weeks yearly.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages like Spanish or French is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for innovative products.
