Job Overview
We are actively recruiting for various international BPO roles located primarily in Delhi-NCR and Gurugram sectors. Openings include inbound voice and blended chat-call processes, secondary research analyst, education counselor roles, and specialized processes such as Vivint Voice, Airtel Payment Bank, Expedia international voice, and motel international inbound sales. These positions offer opportunities in customer service, sales, research, and counseling within the BPO and EdTech industries.
Work Locations and Shifts
- Gurugram Sector 19 and 18, Noida Sectors 16 and 125, Gurgaon Sector 21
- Shifts vary based on gender and role: Female candidates mostly have day shifts; males work rotational shifts including morning to late-night windows.
- Typical shifts range between 8 AM and midnight, often including a 9-hour work window with breaks.
- Working days range from 5 to 6 days a week with 1 or 2 rotational offs as per position.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat interactions with international customers.
- Assist with motel bookings, sales upselling, customer queries related to travel, banking processes, and social media engagements.
- Maintain high service and sales standards through quality communication, negotiation, and customer support.
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate interaction records.
- Participate in virtual HR, operations, and client interviews as part of the hiring process.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Undergraduate or graduate degree mandatory for most roles; EdTech experience essential for education counselor positions.
- Experience ranges from freshers with strong communication abilities to candidates with minimum 6 months experience, especially for specialized roles such as secondary research analyst, international sales, and social media operations.
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, is a critical requirement.
- Comfort with international call/chat processes and readiness for rotational/varied shifts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salaries typically range from ₹14,000 to ₹38,000 monthly, with in-hand amounts commonly between ₹15,000 and ₹29,500 depending on experience and role.
- Bonus incentives such as performance-based TLI up to ₹8,000 and retention bonuses up to ₹50,000 are offered for select roles.
- Additional perks include cab facilities on both sides for certain positions, rotational offs, and 5 to 6 day working weeks.
