Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a professional International BPO Executive based in Hyderabad to manage inbound customer calls and chats with efficiency and courtesy. The candidate will provide comprehensive assistance to customers dealing with taxi bookings, including handling trip changes, cancellations, fare inquiries, and other general concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and chat support with professionalism.
- Assist customers in taxi booking processes, including amendments and cancellations.
- Address fare-related questions and general customer service issues promptly and courteously.
- Resolve customer problems quickly while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions using CRM or designated systems.
- Escalate unresolved or complex customer matters to the relevant departments.
- Achieve daily goals related to productivity, quality of service, and attendance.
- Adhere strictly to company guidelines, SOPs, communication protocols, and confidentiality requirements.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is between 20,000 and 30,000 INR per month.
