Overview
Tech Mahindra Ltd is inviting applications for experienced professionals in International Voice Process roles based in Yerwada, Pune. This position involves managing global customer communications with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with international customers to provide effective assistance and resolve queries.
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- A minimum of six months’ experience in international voice process handling.
- Undergraduate candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shift patterns.
Job Location
The role is located at Yerwada, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary package up to 550000 INR per annum, depending on previous compensation.
- Two-way transportation facility provided for candidates residing within specified area boundaries.
