About the Role
Join Westwing as an Intern in Learning & Development, where you'll collaborate with the team to build and enhance the department continuously. This role offers a chance to inject fresh, innovative ideas into an evolving environment and implement them with creative freedom. The internship spans six months, based in Munich, with a preferred start date of August 1, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Advance the Learning & Development department by driving ongoing projects and introducing novel concepts.
- Take independent ownership of specific initiatives such as improving the Mentoring Program, Key Talent Program, or internal Insight Sessions.
- Assist in the content development, logistical planning, and delivery of internal and external training sessions and events.
- Develop presentation decks, training materials, and supportive documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in studies related to Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
- Prior exposure to Learning & Development or Human Resources is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, including effective use of AI tools to boost productivity.
- Proficient with MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, coupled with excellent organization, time management, and a proactive approach.
- Fluent communication skills in German and English, with the capacity to work autonomously and take initiative.
