Integrated Designer

About the role

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, builds and operates bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for global brands. The team combines creative delivery with efficient ways of working, and uses AI-enabled tools to improve output quality, speed, and decision-making.

This position is for an Integrated Designer (w/m/d) on a fixed-term contract of 18 months. The role is based in Hamburg or can be performed anywhere in Germany as a 100% home-office position. You will support campaigns for one of the world’s best-known global technology brands, helping bring ideas to life across digital, print, and retail experiences.

What you will do

• Develop and adapt design work from the initial brief through final artwork across digital and print channels, ensuring a polished end result.
• Maintain visual consistency and high quality across all outputs while working within the client’s brand rules in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Contribute creative ideas, shape new concepts where relevant, and present them to clients with confidence.
• Create engaging content by repurposing, reformatting, and independently ideating on existing assets.
• Plan, visualize, and concept retail store installations and in-store experiences.
• Track industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, and apply useful developments to your work.

What you need

• A completed design degree or an equivalent qualification, plus at least 5 years of agency experience focused on digital, motion, and print design.
• Fluent German for everyday client communication and English at B2 level or above for internal collaboration.
• A strong portfolio showing a broad range of work across multiple platforms and media.
• Solid brand understanding and experience across channels such as DOOH, digital, and print, along with conceptual awareness of in-store and retail installations.
• Strong initiative, a structured way of working, and the ability to move tasks forward independently in a dynamic environment.
• Good awareness of contemporary design trends, photography, image composition, and high-level visual standards.
• Excellent typography, layout, and meticulous attention to detail through to final artwork.
• Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere for motion work, plus openness to learning new tools such as AI-driven design applications.
• A compelling portfolio that demonstrates both static and animated design work.
• The ability to stay calm, organized, and good-humored while managing several projects at once.

Nice to have

• Experience with web and UI design.
• Comfort presenting ideas assertively and persuasively to stakeholders.
