Role Overview

This full-time position requires 40 hours a week based at the Shirley Centre in Christchurch, Canterbury. The role involves engaging with customers, supporting their insurance needs, and contributing to the organization's continued growth.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably possesses insurance sales experience, though not mandatory, combined with the capability to consistently meet performance targets.
• Enjoys fostering mutually beneficial relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-moving retail setting.
• A collaborative team member with excellent communication skills.
