What You Will Do

• Deliver products safely to customers’ homes or commercial sites.
• Unpack, assemble, and install a wide variety of items, including home appliances, furniture, and complex electronics, following manufacturer guidelines and company quality standards.
• Perform pre-installation inspections and test products post-installation to confirm correct operation.
• Guide customers on basic product use, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service, responding to inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Accurately complete all required documentation such as installation reports, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback records.
• Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicles well-maintained and in proper working condition.
• Follow safety regulations and internal policies strictly.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and customer support teams to ensure timely and efficient installation appointments.
• Detect and communicate any product damage or defects discovered during installation.

Who You Are

• Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational certifications related to appliance repair, electronic installation, or similar fields are advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience performing product installations, assembly, or related tasks.
• Strong mechanical skills paired with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Competent in reading technical instructions, manuals, and diagrams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
• Physically capable of handling heavy lifting and repetitive physical activities.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Knowledgeable in using basic hand and power tools.
• Capable of working independently while managing time efficiently.
• Willingness and flexibility to work on varying schedules including weekends and evenings as needed.
