Role Overview

We seek a motivated Sales Development Representative to manage the initial stages of the sales pipeline. This position involves daily outreach via phone, qualifying potential leads, and arranging meetings with architects, designers, builders, and product brands across New Zealand and Australia. The role functions as a launching pad into a full sales career, with direct learning opportunities from experienced sales closers and clear performance-based advancement paths.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess inbound and outbound leads to determine real sales opportunities for the sales team.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns through calls, emails, and LinkedIn targeting professionals and brands in architecture, design, and construction industries.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations on behalf of Business Development Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and current lead data, contact history, and pipeline stages in HubSpot.
  • Assist the sales team with research, follow-ups, proposals, and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • Meet weekly targets related to activity levels and successful meeting bookings.
