Role overview
HCLTech is hiring a Saudi national for an Information Technology Specialist role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position offers the option to work remotely and is designed for early-career candidates who want to build practical experience in modern low-code application development.
Work arrangement
The schedule runs for 8 hours per day, Sunday through Thursday. The role is available with office-based or remote working flexibility.
What you will do
- Develop contemporary business applications on the Appian platform.
- Design automated digital workflows and process models.
- Create clear, easy-to-use forms and dashboards.
- Link Appian solutions with external systems and services.
- Complete the company’s intensive Appian training program.
What the employer is looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- A strong interest in learning modern low-code technologies.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Professional-level English communication skills.
- Applicants with 0–2 years of experience; prior Appian exposure is not required.
Training and growth
The selected candidate will receive a fully funded Appian training and certification program, along with a direct route into global IT consultancy work.
