Role Overview
This position focuses on driving revenue by spotting new business prospects and selling the company’s IT and web-based services. The right candidate should be goal-oriented, commercially minded, and well-versed in the technology space. You will manage the sales journey end-to-end, from sourcing leads to securing deals, while building trust with potential clients and guiding them toward solutions that fit their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Source fresh business leads through outreach methods such as cold calls, email marketing, social platforms, networking, client visits, and participation in industry gatherings.
- Study the market to find prospects that may need web development offerings, including custom websites, e-commerce solutions, SEO, and digital marketing support.
- Assess client goals and challenges in order to recommend web solutions that suit their business needs.
- Discuss pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with potential customers to move deals to closure.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through service support, follow-ups, and consistent communication.
- Keep CRM records current by logging leads, opportunities, and sales-related activity.
Required Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally within web development, software, or another technology-focused environment.
- Working knowledge of web development concepts such as custom websites, e-commerce platforms, SEO, and web design.
- A track record of creating leads, building a sales funnel, and converting prospects into customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present solutions clearly and persuasively.
Preferred Background
- Prior exposure to selling web development services, SaaS offerings, or IT solutions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing practices and current market trends.
Experience
