Position Overview

• Contract duration from August 2026 to October 2026, with a possibility of extension subject to review, though no guarantees are made.
• Employment type is contract (1099).
• Hourly compensation ranges between $18 and $22.
• Expected weekly commitment is approximately 20 to 30 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable influencers tailored to campaign objectives.
• Assist in creating brand presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
• Collaborate with the Talent Manager and Campaign Manager to negotiate talent rates.
• Serve as the main liaison for assigned talents and brands.
• Coordinate with the campaign team to communicate brand expectations effectively for influencer campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

• Possess 1 to 3 years of direct experience in influencer marketing.
• Have 1 to 4 years of experience in related fields such as social media, public relations, or sponsorships.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational abilities to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite is required.
