Influencer Campaign Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Influencer Campaign Manager to lead and manage our influencer marketing activities comprehensively. This role includes overseeing campaigns from start to finish, nurturing client and brand relationships, and strategising growth for our expansive network of over 3,000 content creators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of influencer campaigns ensuring creation, execution, and completion processes comply with advertising, legal, and disclosure requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and our creator network to maintain and enhance professional relationships while expanding the network.
• Craft engaging and thorough creative briefs that both motivate creators and align with client goals and brand standards.
• Precisely manage campaign budgets, including monitoring creator payouts and overall project expenditures.
• Interpret campaign metrics and KPIs to generate detailed performance and ROI reports for clients.

Required Experience & Skills

• At least 2 years of direct experience in influencer marketing campaign management or a closely related agency role.
• Advanced skills in CRM platforms, Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for handling complex data tracking and budget management.
• Exceptional organisational capabilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage high-profile clients and creative talent, fostering trust and facilitating budget growth.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.

Additional Information

This is a full-time office position based at our Dublin office, Unit 6 The Longmile Business Park, D12KP63. Compensation includes an annual base salary, dependent on experience, and an additional commission structure.
