Implant Executive - E-commerce

About the Role

We are seeking an Implant Executive for a leading FMCG company based in Bangalore. This role is crucial in managing e-commerce supply chain operations to meet fill rate targets and enhance overall supply chain effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve target fill rates for assigned categories and accounts.
• Resolve master data issues through collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAMs), Category Development Managers (CDMs), and internal/external Master Data Management (MDM) teams.
• Ensure correct assortment at account level to generate accurate purchase orders.
• Coordinate with logistics and branch teams to schedule appointments and fixed shipment days with accounts.
• Monitor daily warehouse operations.
• Manage amendments related to EAN, barcode, and MRP mismatches for open purchase orders.
• Collaborate with supply planning to confirm stock availability against purchase orders.
• Handle purchase order extensions and rectify SAP mismatches if any.
• Reconcile fill rates weekly and monthly with the account and category supply chain team.
• Maintain and update the linking and listing tracker for articles including new product introductions (NPI).
• Update master data for articles with accurate EAN codes and SSKUs based on business plans.
• Engage with accounts to identify operational challenges and resolve them through relevant stakeholders.
• Onboard new customers into the SAP system.
• Track stock availability by coordinating between supply chain and accounts.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Any graduate or post-graduate, preferably B.Tech or MBA.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in purchase order management, implant operations, supply chain management for alternate channels, warehouse and shipping, and e-commerce operations.

Additional Information

• Location: Bangalore; candidate must be willing to relocate.
• Salary range: INR 550000 to INR 700000 per annum.
• Relocation readiness is mandatory.
