About the Role

Starlite Delights, located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking motivated Crew Members to join their ice cream parlor team. This role involves providing excellent customer interactions and maintaining smooth service in a busy food and beverage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers courteously.
• Take and process orders, including billing and use of POS systems.
• Prepare and serve ice creams, waffles, shakes, sundaes, and other beverages.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the store is consistently maintained.
• Manage inventory by refilling stock appropriately.
• Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Handle online delivery orders efficiently from platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage peak hours.
• Strive to deliver prompt and satisfactory customer service.

Candidate Profile

• Open to both freshers and experienced individuals.
• Good communication skills with a positive and customer-friendly demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene practices and cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work well within a team setting.

Compensation and Growth

• Monthly salary range from ₹10,000 to ₹11,500.
