The i-Booth Representative collaborates closely with hotel personnel to arrange transportation solutions for guests. This role involves handling transportation requests via telephone and coordinating shuttle schedules. Flexibility is essential as the schedule may vary during concerts, football matches, and other special events at venues such as the Xfinity Center and Gillette Stadium.
