Role Overview
This Human Resources Specialist position is based in Dubai and requires full-time, on-site commitment. The role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance support and personnel management, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with company policies and compliance with UAE labor laws. The specialist will handle benefits administration, assist with payroll-related processes, and respond to employee inquiries. Collaborating closely with management, the role aims to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that encourages employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Human Resources Management practices to support daily and strategic HR functions.
- Thorough knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits to maintain compliance and competitive standards.
- Strong personnel management abilities, including handling employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or other service-focused industries is advantageous.
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and strong familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations is beneficial.
