About the Role

Our Corporate Services team provides crucial internal support that helps us maintain our competitive advantage, including departments like Human Resources and Learning & Development. This internship opportunity focuses on people and talent within our firm.
Key Responsibilities
As an intern within the People & Talent team, you will contribute to areas such as leadership development, talent management, or employee engagement and employer branding. Your work will involve supporting various initiatives aligned to our talent strategy while collaborating with internal stakeholders. Specific tasks depending on assignment include:
- Coordinating and supporting leadership development programs and events, including logistical tasks like managing registrations, materials, and venue setups for both in-person and virtual formats.
- Maintaining accurate learning records, tracking attendance and completions.
- Assisting with talent management processes such as administering internal partner admissions, promotions, and maintaining trackers and timelines.
- Analyzing talent data to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.
- Managing communications and logistics for talent-related events including invitations, nominations, and scheduling.
- Planning and executing employee engagement activities, recruitment events, and internal campaigns, plus follow-up coordination.
- Helping to create engaging employer branding content, including employee stories and visual materials to showcase company culture.
Learning Opportunities
- Gain practical exposure to firm-wide people initiatives including leadership, talent development, and engagement strategies.
- Develop skills in stakeholder coordination, project management, and data handling within a corporate environment.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in people management and development.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent business-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and agility in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of data analytics tools is advantageous.
- Desirable: Basic content creation skills such as Canva or video editing abilities for internal communications.
