Human Resources Officer

About the Role

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team in Dubai. This position plays a vital role in managing the employee experience throughout their journey at the company, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee employee onboarding and induction activities.
• Manage the full offboarding process, including all necessary documentation for employee exits.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems.
• Prepare essential HR paperwork and assist with various employee lifecycle tasks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
• Address employee inquiries and provide advice on HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations efforts, including managing disciplinary and performance issues to ensure fairness and compliance.
• Contribute to People Experience projects and support ongoing improvements in HR processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least three years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, People Experience, or HR Operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employee lifecycle management focusing on onboarding and offboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
• Excellent organizational skills capable of managing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Experience in hospitality or companies with multiple locations is a plus.
