About Us
HBH Precision Manufacturing Corporation is an expanding precision manufacturing business based in Newnan, Georgia. The company serves automotive and industrial clients with high-quality precision-machined parts and is growing its U.S. operations.
Role Overview
The organization is looking for a dependable and well-organized HR & Office Manager to oversee day-to-day human resources, administrative, office coordination, and compliance support at the Newnan facility. This position suits someone with strong communication abilities, a sharp eye for detail, and the flexibility to juggle several priorities in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring activities, onboarding, employee file management, and personnel records upkeep
- Support employee communications, attendance monitoring, and routine HR coordination
- Help keep company policies, procedures, and employee records current and organized
- Work with management and the safety/compliance team on safety training, documentation, and workplace compliance tasks
- Oversee everyday office administration, including supplies, scheduling, visitor coordination, and facility-related support
- Help facilitate communication among employees, leadership, vendors, and business partners
- Provide administrative support for customer and vendor interactions when required
- Maintain well-structured records and contribute to smooth daily operations
- Take on additional administrative and operational duties as needed
Qualifications
- Prior exposure to HR, office administration, or general business operations is preferred
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or small-business settings is an advantage
- Strong planning and organizational ability, with attention to detail
- Clear professional communication skills, both spoken and written
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
- Comfort working in a growing organization where priorities may shift
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email, and standard business software
- Capable of working independently and completing assigned tasks through to finish
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling HR documents, onboarding, or employee recordkeeping
- Exposure to workplace safety compliance coordination or policy support
- Office management or administrative support experience in a manufacturing environment
