Role overview
This internship provides practical exposure to people operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. You will collaborate with the People & Culture team in Singapore and contribute to both local and regional HR activities. The opportunity is well suited to students or recent graduates who want to build a strong foundation in human resources.
Employee lifecycle support
- Support onboarding and offboarding coordination, including induction scheduling or delivery and preparation of exit paperwork.
- Keep employee information accurate and current in the HR system.
- Assist with organising performance review activities.
- Draft reminder messages and communication materials for review timelines.
- Help gather and monitor performance review submissions.
HR operations and administration
- Create HR documents, trackers, and routine reports.
- Assist with updates to policies and internal processes as required.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on better efficiency and employee experience.
- Provide support on other HR tasks as needed.
Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Publish vacancies on appropriate job boards and hiring platforms.
- Assist with reviewing resumes and identifying suitable candidates.
- Arrange interview schedules with applicants and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
Employee engagement and culture
- Help plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in creating and launching engagement surveys and related activities.
Training and development support
- Support the coordination of training sessions and maintenance of training records.
- Help prepare learning materials and track attendance and feedback.
Additional information
This internship is based in Singapore and is onsite. The role is part-time. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required, and the preferred start period is August onwards.
