About the Role
TRC Talent Solutions invites applications for a remote Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position on a 12-week contract basis. This role functions as a key strategic and operational ally to business leaders, enhancing organizational performance by delivering people-centered solutions. The HRBP will oversee diverse HR disciplines such as employee relations, talent management, recruitment, workforce planning, organizational development, compensation, and policy enforcement. This opportunity suits HR professionals who excel in fast-paced settings and are adept at collaborating with leadership to address complex workforce issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to ensure HR initiatives align with company objectives.
- Guide management in workforce planning, driving organizational effectiveness, and managing change.
- Offer coaching and consultancy on employee relations, performance, talent growth, succession, and organizational structure.
- Consistently apply and interpret HR policies, practices, and procedures across the enterprise.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations concerns, upholding compliance and fairness.
- Analyze workforce data to detect trends and deliver insightful recommendations for improvements.
- Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and other HR sectors to meet business goals.
- Lead initiatives to bolster employee engagement, retention, productivity, and workplace culture.
- Assist in the formulation, rollout, and communication of HR programs, policies, and workflows.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws whilst maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Manage and contribute to special projects and strategic HR programs as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of experience in HR roles supporting employees, managers, and business leaders.
- Prior experience partnering with multiple units, departments, sites, or client groups is advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and workforce analytics tools is preferred.
- Proven background in managing employee relations issues, including investigations and performance management.
- Strong analytical abilities, utilizing workforce metrics to influence decision-making and outcomes.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various HR technology platforms.
