Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain employee records and ensure their confidentiality and security.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to assist management with informed decision-making.
- Handle employee grievances efficiently in line with HR policies.
- Support various HR generalist functions to promote employee engagement and organizational compliance.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 4 years of experience focusing on HR generalist roles.
- Demonstrable expertise in employee grievance management and HR policy enforcement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
