About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Human Resource Director to spearhead our HR department and implement people-centered initiatives throughout the organization. This leadership position involves managing all facets of Human Resources including recruitment, employee relations, performance oversight, compensation and benefits, training and development, and ensuring HR compliance. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, you will develop and execute HR strategies that promote business expansion while nurturing a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and carry out HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning efforts
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement activities
- Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and industry best practices
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company regulations
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation processes
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and employee learning programs
- Analyze HR metrics and offer strategic advice to executive leadership
- Promote a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
- Guide and mentor the HR team fostering continuous enhancement
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional leadership ability and strategic planning expertise
- Deep familiarity with HR best practices and employment law
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in decision-making, problem solving, and conflict resolution
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Experience steering organizational change and HR transformation initiatives
- Adept at cultivating strong relationships across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related disciplines preferred
- Master’s degree or MBA considered a plus
- Proven leadership experience in senior HR roles such as HR Director or Head of HR
- Professional HR certifications like CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR or SPHR are highly valued
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is an advantage
