Job Overview
Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Hub Assistant to oversee daily parcel sorting activities and assist in basic team leadership functions. This role suits individuals eager to participate directly in logistics workflows and progressively take on coordination responsibilities within the hub environment.
Primary Duties
- Handling receipt, scanning, and sorting of parcels accurately based on pincode and designated delivery routes.
- Ensuring parcels are properly tagged, packaged securely, and arranged correctly for dispatch.
- Supporting vehicle loading and unloading operations while organizing shipments effectively for onward delivery.
- Adhering strictly to established standard operating procedures to maintain seamless hub operations.
