About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and handling offers and documentation to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Identify potential candidates through platforms such as job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media.
- Review candidate profiles and undertake preliminary interviews to shortlist suitable applicants.
- Arrange interviews by coordinating with hiring managers and relevant teams.
- Handle offer letters, employment documentation, and onboarding formalities smoothly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records alongside daily hiring reports.
- Work towards meeting monthly recruitment targets consistently.
