Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Executive specializing in recruitment to join our team based in Hauz Khas, New Delhi. This role offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹13,000 and ₹18,000, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
Key Duties
- Contact candidates who have applied for various vacancies.
- Provide candidates with detailed explanations about job roles and essential information.
- Organize and manage interview schedules effectively.
- Keep meticulous records of candidate communications and interview progress.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi.
- Confidence in conducting telephone conversations with applicants.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
- Highly dependable and attentive to detail.
