Role Overview

The HR Operation Specialist based in Riyadh will manage complete employee lifecycle processes ensuring adherence to labor regulations and internal policies. This includes payroll accuracy, managing staff data on the government platforms Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem, and maintaining data integrity for plant operators, laboratory, and corporate employees. Reporting to the HR Operation Manager, the role is crucial for supporting operational continuity in SGR’s downstream mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and verify attendance, overtime, and leave details from respective department heads to enable precise payroll processing for shift and office employees monthly.
  • Maintain employee status updates on governmental platforms following hiring, transfers, and exit procedures within mandated deadlines.
  • Submit and verify monthly GOSI social insurance subscription files ensuring uninterrupted employee coverage.
  • Manage new hire entries and offboarding processes including asset recovery and final payroll settlements within the HRIS.
  • Preserve complete, updated personnel files for both digital and physical audits.
  • Address employee questions related to payroll, leave balances, and company HR policies promptly within established service levels.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports covering metrics like headcount, turnover, and absenteeism to assist management in decision-making.
  • Support HR policy deployment by ensuring alignment of transactions with Saudi Labor Law.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or payroll in Saudi Arabia.
  • Expertise with Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and GOSI platforms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Saudi labor laws, wage protection systems, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Proficient in HRIS and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
