Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Officer to join the Group HR Office based in Dubai, reporting directly to the Group HR Director. This comprehensive role encompasses talent acquisition, HR operations, system administration, and reporting functions. It is ideal for individuals in the early to mid-stages of their HR careers who are eager to understand HR practices at a group level across a multinational organization. The position provides structured, hands-on training in Zoho HR platform management and Power BI reporting tools, with no prior experience required—just strong eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee documentation, records, onboarding coordination, and recruitment logistics.
- Update and maintain employee data within the Zoho HR platform, with training provided.
- Assist in generating HR reports and dashboards starting from Excel and advancing to Power BI usage for leadership insights.
- Collaborate with HR representatives across various business units to collect and consolidate personnel data.
- Offer administrative and scheduling support to the Group HR Director’s office.
Requirements
- One to three years of experience in HR generalist, administration, or coordination roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail.
- Currently residing in Dubai or can relocate immediately.
- High level of discretion and strong organizational skills necessary due to handling sensitive group-wide personnel data.
- Motivation to develop skills related to HR systems (Zoho) and data analysis/reporting (Power BI).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with any HRIS platforms (experience with Zoho is advantageous but not essential).
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools.
- Progress toward or attainment of HR certification or degree (such as CIPD, SHRM).
- Interest or experience working with multinational/group organizational structures.

Compensation
Salary range for this position is AED 10,000 to AED 11,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
