Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to oversee and coordinate all human resources functions across the organization. This leadership role entails managing recruitment, payroll processing, employee assessments, training initiatives, and the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to onboard suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and orientation programs for new hires.
- Conduct regular employee performance evaluations and assessments.
- Maintain updated HR records, documents, and reports accurately.
- Supervise attendance records and address issues related to tardiness or ID card violations.
- Administer salary deductions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain and update the employee budget master sheet.
- Enhance and manage the employee Performance Management System (PMS).
- Observe employee conduct and foster a positive work environment.
- Draft and issue offer letters and appointment documents.
- Compile monthly salary sheets and manage payroll processing.
- Ensure timely payment and reporting of statutory contributions including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Professional Tax (PT).
- Develop strategies for employee retention and engagement.
- Manage gratuity records and process payouts as required.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to resolve HR-related issues effectively.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of HR policies, payroll, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Education & Experience
Applicants must possess an MBA degree specializing in Human Resources and have at least 10 years of experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
