About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Limerick. This full-time, permanent position involves working closely with business leaders and managers to provide hands-on HR support and foster a high-performing, engaged work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer expert HR advice to managers on a variety of employee matters.
- Ensure consistent and fair application of company policies and employment laws to reduce risk.
- Deliver practical HR solutions aligned with global standards and the needs of our local business.
- Develop strong partnerships with leadership to align HR support with business goals.
- Participate actively in employee relations to reach fair and commercially sound resolutions.
- Collaborate with HR centers of expertise to provide effective HR guidance and solutions.
- Utilize HR metrics and business insights to support decision-making and organizational priorities.
- Guide and coach managers on HR, performance, engagement, and employee relations issues.
- Implement programs and processes that promote employee engagement and performance.
- Support initiatives including retention, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide consistent, high-quality HR service delivery throughout the operation.
- Analyze HR data to identify root causes of workplace issues and recommend targeted interventions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional HR experience, including prior roles partnering with business leaders and HR specialists.
- Proven expertise in managing complex employee relations and performance management.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills across all organizational levels.
- Highly developed skills in facilitation, consulting, negotiation, conflict resolution, and project management.
- Ability to objectively evaluate situations, propose workable solutions, and execute effectively.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes working in complex or matrix organizational environments with increasing HR responsibilities.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role in Ireland is €76,000 to €126,000. Compensation may include additional incentive payments such as bonuses or commissions where applicable, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
