HR Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to oversee comprehensive HR functions at our manufacturing facility located in Hosur. This senior position demands expertise in various HR domains including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance appraisal systems, training initiatives, employee engagement, and operational HR duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts and manpower planning from start to finish.
• Manage onboarding procedures, employee induction, lifecycle transitions, and exit formalities.
• Administer HR policies, maintain detailed employee records, and ensure smooth HR operations.
• Lead the performance management system, including appraisals and setting employee goals.
• Assess training requirements and arrange technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
• Organize employee engagement activities and address grievance issues promptly.
• Produce HR management information systems reports, dashboards, and metrics covering recruitment, attrition, and training.
• Collaborate with business heads to enhance employee performance and promote organizational effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

• Possess an MBA or MSW specializing in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Have over ten years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrate robust capabilities in talent acquisition, core HR functions, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
• Practical knowledge of HRMS/ERP software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong communication, leadership, and abilities to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
