Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Astra Asset Portfolio Management Private Limited in the Delhi-NCR region. The role involves overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and leading the HR team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end to attract and hire suitable candidates.
- Coordinating and facilitating smooth onboarding for new employees.
- Handling offboarding procedures with professionalism and compliance.
- Leading and managing the HR team to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Resolving conflicts within the workforce and applying problem-solving skills to workplace issues.
- Administering salary processes and maintaining payroll accuracy.
- Demonstrating strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the team towards achieving sales targets.
- Overseeing lead management operations and employee attendance tracking.
Additional Information

Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between 22,000 and 30,000 INR.
