HR Executive - Hotel Industry (IDS Software Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Executive for a hospitality setting in Kota. The role is suited to someone who has already worked in hotels or the wider hotel industry and can independently manage core HR activities from hiring through employee exits.

Compensation

The offered pay is between INR 25,000 and INR 28,000 per month.

What You Will Handle

• Oversee the complete hiring cycle, new joiner onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
• Track attendance, manage leave records, and keep HR data updated.
• Support payroll preparation by coordinating the required inputs and employee benefit details.
• Maintain employee personnel files and ensure HR processes remain compliant.
• Assist with performance review activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters when required.
• Compile HR reports and MIS updates for internal use.
• Work with department heads on manpower planning and staffing needs.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or MBA in HR, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 2 to 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Solid understanding of HR operations and employee relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable using MS Office and managing HR documentation.

Mandatory Requirement

This opportunity is strictly for candidates with hotel industry experience and hands-on exposure to IDS Software (Infodynamic Software). Applicants from non-hospitality backgrounds will not be shortlisted.
