Role Overview

Sun Photonics is seeking an experienced HR Executive to efficiently handle daily HR operations while adhering to labor laws and statutory regulations. The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive employee lifecycle management and ensuring compliance with various statutory requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of the employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, confirmation, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and oversee employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, statutory obligations, and corporate policies.
  • Handle compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and update compliance registers, HR management information systems, and reports.
  • Assist in audits and guarantee timely statutory declarations and filings.
  • Draft HR-related letters, policies, and employment documents as required.
  • Resolve employee queries to maintain healthy workplace relations.
  • Coordinate performance evaluations and engage in employee engagement initiatives.

Qualification and Experience

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines (Bachelor's or Master's).
  • Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in HR Operations and statutory compliance management.

Skills and Competencies

  • In-depth understanding of HR operational processes and statutory regulations.
  • Knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll processing, Shops & Establishment Act, Labour Laws, and Contract Labour compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HRMS software.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
