Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least six years of advancing experience in HR roles.
• Prior experience as an HR Business Partner is highly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of UAE labor legislation.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Professional certifications in Human Resources are a plus.
