Role overview
Stress.SG is hiring an HR Assistant to support both human resources and administrative operations in Singapore. The role involves handling routine HR coordination, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with key people processes across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily support across the full range of HR and administrative activities.
- Keep employee records and related documents well organised, accurate, and updated on time.
- Help roll out HR policies and procedures across the business.
- Monitor HR data, prepare recurring reports, and assist with analysis.
- Support adherence to applicable policies, internal procedures, and statutory obligations.
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting vacancies, arranging interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Support learning and development efforts by helping source and coordinate training programmes.
- Provide assistance with compensation survey activities.
- Help organise HR-led events, including employee welfare and engagement initiatives.
- Take on additional related duties as required.
Requirements
- A diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required at minimum.
- Recent graduates may apply.
- Working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and related rules is needed.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential.
- Good planning and organisational ability is expected.
- The candidate should be detail-oriented and able to manage confidential information responsibly.
