Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, business-oriented HR Advisor to support our UK operations by providing expert advice throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Reporting to the UK & Ireland HR Manager, this role involves supporting business strategies, ensuring excellent HR service delivery, and working closely with leaders and managers to promote best practices in people management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to deliver practical HR guidance on areas such as performance management, employee relations, talent growth, and succession planning.
- Advise and coach managers on disciplinary, capability, redundancy, and TUPE procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Help implement the UK HR roadmap aligning people strategies with business goals.
- Manage critical employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, exit interviews, and offboarding.
- Maintain precise employee records and HR documentation within the HRIS systems.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and people analytics to inform business decision-making.
- Support payroll tasks by maintaining accurate employee and compensation data.
- Participate in wider HR projects at regional and global levels, collaborating effectively within the HR team.
- Contribute to monthly leadership reporting and presentations using HR insights.
Candidate Profile
- At least two years experience in a generalist HR role handling full employee lifecycles.
- Possession of CIPD Level 3 qualification or actively pursuing it.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experienced in advising and coaching managers on employee relations matters.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and experienced with HRIS systems.
- A proactive, adaptable, and cooperative working style.
