Key Responsibilities

• Supervise both in-house staff and external service vendors.

• Maintain outstanding standards of cleanliness, organization, and service quality throughout the residence.
• Assist in hosting guests and family gatherings with professionalism and attentiveness.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Previous work in housekeeping, hotel, or resort settings is advantageous.
• Demonstrates high levels of professionalism, trustworthiness, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate independently with little supervision.
• Flexible and dependable with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Open to flexible working hours, including weekends.
• Willingness to travel as required.
